For general maintenance requests follow the prompts to submit your request providing as much information of the required repairs as possible.
Should the damage be found to be caused by the tenant either accidentally or maliciously the tenant is responsible for payment of the repair. Should the requested repair only be required due to troubleshooting not having taken effect the tenant will be responsible for payment of the repair.
If the maintenance request is of an urgent nature, please contact our office immediately for urgent action.
